1. Subletting is not allowed.

2. No extra guests than declared & paid.

3. Accommodation does not include daily cleaning.

4. The place must be left as it was received.

5. No parties allowed.

6. The place is not suitable for heavy cooking.

7. play music is allowed.

8. During the stay you can enter and leave at any time.

9. Smoking is allowed in the yard outside.

10. You can have a barbecue outside.

11. The place is not kosher and does not keep Shabbat.

12. Special needs must be coordinated in advance.

13. Meals and transfers must be arranged in advance at the time of booking.

14. Israeli customers must legally add VAT.

15. The price for babies, children and adults is the same.

16. On weekdays, check-in is from 16:00 and check-out until 11:00, there is flexibility by prior arrangement.

17. On Saturdays, check-out can be arranged in advance with the end of Shabbat, with an additional $ 100 to order.

18. On Saturday check-in may be about two hours after the end of Shabbat - must be arranged in advance.

20. Room availability can be checked in the diary, minimum booking is for 3 nights or more, prior arrangement required.

Our cancellation and payment policy

2. Cancel Reservation -

   1. Cancellation up to 5 days before arrival - No cancellation fee.

   2. Cancellation 1-5 before arrival - Cancellation fees will be the cost of the first night.

   3. Cancellation on the day of entry or non-appearance - the cancellation fee will be 100% of the booking.

3. Cancellation of Credit Card Payment -

   1. Cancellation of a transaction shall be subject to and in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transactions) Regulations, 2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

   2. (Temporary Order, 2011, section 9, addendum (regulation 2), section (8) guest services ,,): Which are not rest days at least, prior to the start of service. "

 

Like Home is a Zimmer that hosts guests in short- and medium-term housing units -

 

1. Accommodation in units, for any period, does not grant and will not grant the guest any rental rights other than what appears on the booking form, check-in date and check-out and its cost.

2. This agreement is not subject to the Rent Law, nor the Sheltered Housing Law nor to the Fair Rent Law.

3. The guest will vacate the unit at the end of the booked and paid period.

4. The guest will return the unit in the same condition as he received it.

5. The guest will be responsible for any damage, other than reasonable wear and tear, caused during his stay in the unit.

6. Like Home will be entitled to repair and charge the guest the cost of repair and restoration.

7. The billing will be done using a credit card whose details the guest provided in favor of the booking payment and as an agreed guarantee to cover damages.
