Essentials Sleeping Arrangements At etch Unit:

• Bedroom 1: 1 double bed

• Bedroom 2:  big leaving room with 2 open sofa or 4 single beds

• Common space:  Dining area, Kitchen

• Guest access:  Separate private access for etching.

Flexible - 5 days (General)

Cancellation policy:

• The guest can cancel free of charge until 5 days before arrival.

• The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel in the 5 days before arrival.

• If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.
